Ascorbic Acid

Ascorbic acid is another term for Vitamin C, a water-soluble vitamin. It is found in a wide variety of fruit and vegetables.

Good sources include peppers, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, oranges and kiwi fruit.
