Antifungal Foods and Supplements

Antifungal foods and supplements include a wide range of foodstuffs and dietary supplements which some people believe have antifungal properties.

They come in a variety of forms, such as capsules, tablets and drops. They include substances such as acidophilus, caprylic acid, garlic extract, grapefruit seed extract, oregano and MCT oil.
