Cookies

To make this site simpler, we sometimes place small data files on your computer. These are known as cookies. Most big websites do this too. They improve things by:

  • remembering settings, so you don't have to keep re-entering them whenever you visit a new page
  • remembering information you've given (eg your postcode) so you don't need to keep entering it
  • measuring how you use the website so we can make sure it meets your needs

Our cookies aren't used to identify you personally. They're just here to make the site work better for you. Indeed, you can manage and/or delete these small files as you wish.

Complaints

We view complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve for the future, as well as a chance to put things right for the person or organisation that has made the complaint.

Our policy aims to:

  • Provide a fair complaints procedure which is clear and easy to use for anyone wishing to make a complaint
  • Publicise the existence of our complaints procedure so that people know how to contact us to make a complaint
  • Ensure everyone who works for us knows what to do if a complaint is received
  • Ensure all complaints are investigated fairly and in a timely way
  • Ensure that complaints are, wherever possible, resolved and that relationships are repaired
  • Gather information which helps us to improve what we do

All complaints and information related to them will be handled confidentially and sensitively, telling only those who need to know and following any relevant data protection requirements.

All complaints must be made in writing and sent to:
