Glossary Item Description
Tryptophan

TTFD is an acronym for thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfidean, a synthetic form of thiamine, which is sometimes taken as a nutritional supplement or used as an agent in chelation.

Typical Antipsychotics

Typical antipsychotics is a term used to describe the older antipsychotics, such as haloperidol, as opposed to the newer atypical antipsychotics, such as risperidone.
